It is not necessary to book for the Facial Bar but it is advisable. Bookings can be made online here, by phone or in person. In the event of late cancellations (within 48hrs) or missed appointments, a £25 fee is automatically charged to your card.
Your card details are taken at the time of booking and are stored by Stripe Payments (your details will not be visible or accessible to us). Our systmem will not allow us to book appointments in the diary without card details being saved.
We appreciate that you are busy and may run late for appointments. We will always do our best to ensure that a full treatment is performed but in the event that the clinic is busy and others are waiting, we may have to cut your treatment short.
Please note, we do not accept cash. However, we do accept all major debit and credit cards excluding American Express.
