Covid-19 Reopening

IMPORTANT information to read BEFORE you attend your appointment

We are currently open for:

  • Doctor/nurse consultations and medical treatments.
  • Therapist consultations and treatments (not to the face)

WE WILL BE FULLY OPEN FROM MONDAY AUGUST 3RD!

 

You can purchase products at the clinic as usual. SkinCeuticals and Medik8 can also be purchased via the online shop. If wanting to mail order ZO products, follow the instructions below.

Emails & telephone calls

 As not all of our staff are working, our opening times have reduced a little and are correct on Google Maps. Emails may take a little longer than usual to be answered. 

Please use the online booking system wherever possible. You can reschedule and cancel as well as book appointments online here. When managing your appointments, PLEASE remember to log in (at the top right corner of the screen). 

 

 

Product & prescription purchases

Products can be purchased in the clinic as usual. 

Many of you have been in touch wanting to order products and have them posted to you. To order ZO products and prescription items you have previously had prescribed within the last 18 months:

Email us at zo@askinology.com with the following information:

  • Subject "Product order"
  • Full name and date of birth
  • Home and delivery address (if different)
  • Products and quantities
  • A statement that you agree to us charging your card on file for the purchase.

It is important to include all the information we have asked for even if you think that we already have it.

If we do not have the details of the card to be charged on our system, you will need to register and/or sign into our online booking system (click at the top right of the screen) and add the card to your profile.

If you have not used our online booking system for some time, you may need to re-register as we changed systems last summer.  

All items are sent 1st Class Signed For and is charged at £4.99. If you repeatedly miss your delivery or it is rejected and returned to us, you will need to pay the postage again if we have to post it out again.

 

Delivery time

Please allow 3-5 days for your product to be dispatched - with all that's going on at the moment, things are taking longer than usual! That means it could take up to 7 days for you to receive your order but of course we'll always work hard to get it out to you as quickly as possible. 

 

Treatment courses

If you have a treatment course, the expiry of the course has been extended by 4.5 months to cover the length of time that we have been completely closed plus a little more. 

Those on laser hair removal courses will be offered an extra treatment free of charge to be used as part of their course (ie to be used within 6 weeks of another laser hair removal treatment).

 

Hydrafacial Memberships

All memberships have been frozen during lock down - we will contact you to let you know when these will restart. 

 

Opening hours & booking appointments

Our opening hours will be as close to original as possible. We will do our best to ensure that you are booked with your regular therapist but this may change at short notice, especially laser hair removal and facial treatments. 

Please try to book, reschedule and cancel appointments online here to relieve the pressure on our phone lines. 

 

Deposits & cancellations

It is possible that saved card details are not working over the next few weeks due to a change in our technology. Please ensure that you bring your payment card with you. The card terminal will be wiped down with alcohol after every use. 

Card details will be taken as usual at the time of booking. However, our cancellation policy will be relaxed for those who are unwell in any way and should NOT attend their appointment. In these circumstances, please let us know that you will not be attending in advance. No shows will be treated as usual with deposit taken or treatment forfeited.

Please avoid calling the clinic unless absolutely necessary. Please email us at hello@askinology.com - our emails will be constantly monitored. 

If you need to book, cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do this online here but remember to sign into your account by clicking at the top right of the screen.
