Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are closed until the restrictions are lifted. We do not know how long this will be - it could even be several months. Most importantly, we hope that you and your loved ones are well during this worrying time...
We are a well established and strong business - there is no risk of us closing permanently. If you have credit or outstanding treatments with us, they will be honoured.
The changes to our services are as follows:
Emails & telephone calls
As our staff are not working, only emails regarding treatment problems and product purchases will be answered. Our telephones will not be answered whilst we are closed.
Our Doctors and Nurse are offering online consultations for injectable treatments, peels and mole and skin tag removal. These will be done via Zoom - this does not require you to sign up, just to have the app on your device or by clicking a weblink on a desktop. It will be important to ensure that your equipment is working correctly in advance and that your room is well lit so that your practitioner can see your face clearly. The deposit and cancellation system will work in the usual way.
You will be sent the link and details for the Zoom consultation when you make your booking. There is a charge for these consultations but this can be put towards the related treatment if had within 2 months of us opening again.
The late cancellation rules are the same with these consultations as normal: £50 will be charged to your card in the event of cancellation within 48hrs or missed appointment.
Product & prescription purchases
Many of you have been in touch wanting to order products - we have been able to set up a process for this but ONLY applies to ZO, Medik8 and prescription items you have previously had prescribed within the last 18 months.
To order, email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Subject "Product order"
- Full name and date of birth
- Home and delivery address (if different)
- Products and quantities
- A statement that you agree to us charging your card on file for the purchase.
It is important to include all the information we have asked for even if you think that we already have it.
If we do not have the details of the card to be charged on our system, you will need to register with our online booking system and add the card to your profile. Access this here: https://askinology.zenoti.com/webstoreNew and click "Sign in" at the top right.
If you have not used our online booking system for some time, you may need to re-register as we changed systems last summer.
Postage is free when purchasing 4 or more items. For 3 or less, the charge is £4.99.
Please allow 3-5 days for your product to arrive - with all that's going on at the moment, things are taking longer than usual! Your items are being posted directly from our suppliers who we do not have control of.
If you would like to book an appointment for as soon as we open, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, tel no and treatment you wish to book. We will call you as soon as we know that we can open.
If you have a treatment course, the expiry of the course will be extended by the amount of time that we are closed. We will contact all those on treatment courses as soon as we know when we will open again.
All memberships have been frozen. No money will leave your account whilst we are closed. We will email all those with memberships when we open and unfreeze the accounts.
