All new clients must have a consultation to discuss possible treatment and assess suitability, even if they have had Botox treatment before elsewhere. It is possible to have Botox treatment on the same day as consultation.

We ask for your card details to confirm your appointment – these are stored by Stripe (a global card processor) and are not visible to staff. £25 is charged to your card in the event of a “no show” or late cancellation (within 48 hrs). We pride ourselves on offering expert information free of charge but can only do this for all of our customers if we ensure that our staff’s time is not wasted. |
