What is a Fotona 4D Facelift?
If you want an effective all over rejuvenation, consider the Fotona 4D Facelift. Delivered by the top of the range Fotona Dynamis Max laser, 2 different lasers are used in combination to deliver tightening, plumping, redness control and improvement of skin texture, large pores, lines & wrinkles!
This a comfortable treatment with minimal downtime enabling you to continue with your day without having to hide away.

The 4 steps of the 4D Facelift
Step 1 – Lifting
Er:YAG laser delivered from inside out – we bypass the thick skin and deliver the lifting energy to the underside of the skin from inside the cheek.
This step feels like little prickles of heat – we tailor this to your comfort level.
Step 2 – Tone/underlying pigment
We switch to Nd:YAG laser over the entire face in a fast sweeping motion, targeting uneven tone and pigment.
This feels like gentle heating of the skin.
Step 3 – Collagen stimulation / plumping
Continuing with the Nd:YAG laser, we change the mode of delivery of energy to bulk heat the skin at the deeper layers – just right to stimulate fibroblasts to make new collagen and elastic. This means, fuller, plumper and rejuvenated skin!
This feels like gentle heating of the skin.
Step 4 – Light peel / polishing
The final step uses the Er:YAG to deliver a fractional laser treatment – this is similar to, but more effective than, our laser peel treatment. This results in a deep exfoliation – allow us to turn up the energy and this can become a much more powerful remodelling of the skin, treating poor texture, large pores, lines and wrinkles.
This feels like snaps to the skin. After treatment, you’ll feel more heat that can last several hours.

What’s the best way to purchase Fotona 4D Facelift?
You should see a visible difference after your 4D Facelift – a tighter more contoured face with improved skin quality. This should last several weeks after just one treatment but best results are always seen with a course of treatment.
We recommend a minimum of 3 treatments performed approx 4 weeks apart. After this, expect maintenance to be a treatment once or twice a year. If you can’t keep this up, don’t worry! You will still have the benefit of any and every treatment you have.

Need to know
All new clients must have a consultation to discuss possible treatment and assess suitability, even if they have had treatment before elsewhere, this can be done online.
If you have a darker skin, you will need a test patch before starting treatment.
We do not treat those who:
- Are pregnant
- Have a recent suntan (regardless of how it was achieved)
We ask for a £50 refundable deposit to book your appointment. This deposit is retained in the event of a “no show” or late cancellation/reschedule (within 48 working hrs).
Monday appointments
These appointments require any changes to be made by Thursday at the latest, to avoid losing the £50 deposit.

Fotona 4D Facelift Frequently Asked Questions
Your treatment should not hurt but some parts might feel uncomfortable. Your therapist will check in with you throughout to ensure that you are comfortable and adjust the settings if not.
We can treat all skin colours, ages and sexes! If you have a darker skin, you will need a test patch first.
Anyone wanting fresher, tighter, brighter looking skin is suitable for treatment.
Results are seen right away! Repeat the treatment as part of a course to improve and extend results. A course of at least 3 treatments is always recommended.
Results from a single treatment will last several weeks. Once a course of at least 3 treatments are performed, we expect results to last 12-18 months but expect to require maintenance treatments once/twice a year.
Although there are risks with any laser treatment, the chance of any significant problem is extremely small. Expect to have a warm and/or red face for up to 24hours and dryness for a couple of days. Depending on the strength of your treatment, you may flake for a few days.
